1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any product purchased from Wyatt Outdoor.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within the 3-day return window. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for returning the item.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly label the package with the provided RAN.
Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. The item being exchanged must also meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
6. Warranty
